Unlike most wireless phones, the Apple iPhone can easily connect to your computer, allowing you to add or back up contents such as contacts, music, movies and applications. The iPhone uses the program iTunes to update itself and add the desired information, so if you want to upload any content to your Apple wireless device, you need to connect it to iTunes.
Instructions:
1 Download and install iTunes if it isn't currently installed on your computer. You can download the program for free from the iTunes website (See Resources for link).
2 Connect the provided USB cable to the bottom of the iPhone, then insert the other end of the cable into an available USB port on the computer.
3 Wait a moment for the computer to detect the iPhone. Once it does, iTunes launches automatically.
4 Allow iTunes to sync with the iPhone. Once it does, you can adjust, add or remove content to your phone.
